in the early morning i would like to recap what we have learn before.

every things that happen in our life should have been plan, and for us to get what we want and what we are targeted, we have to plan and identify what we have and what we need to have. we need to analyse which in our daily life and the most important is in the organization that we are involved.

to make it simple i suggest SWOT analyse is one way to identify our plan in the organization to move forward. the SWOT example is as below:

 Before i forget, i would like to discuss here about what i have learn in the class last week before.

If i am not mistaken it is held in 8 September. the topic that i really like, which is porter five forces.

From the porter five forces we can analyse our strength, weak, and so on. besides that we also can plan our strategy based on porter five forces to make sure we can achieve our objective and our aim in our life or especially in the organization. The flow of porter five forces as below:

what i have learn this week??? 

today is Wednesday, 14 November 2014. today our class was be joined with the exchange student from Indonesia and china. they are about 15 student that have join in our class. and for information i was being a buddy for Indonesian student which is come from Tazkia University. They are about 18 to 20 years old... and my buddy s is Fauzi and Abdauzaki. in my opinion they are very active and proactive student. they also very excellent student they can understand the lecture very well and we have done some discussion about that lecture. 

the lecture the about corporate level strategy. for the corporate level strategy, there are three type of strategy which is:

1)grand strategy:

• growth
• stable growth
• turn around
• combination

2) secondary level strategy:

• expend
• intergrate
• diversity

3)tacttical level starategy:

• originacally
• strategic alliances
• licencsing/ franchies
• join venture.

from this we can conclude that all the company will use this type of strategy to manage the operation and mangement of the company.

my first slary

Today is my happy and nice day.Guess what happened? Today is my first salary.Alhamdulillah...

Insyallah, I will be payed RM 2.25 per hour. Even I just work for 3 hours and 30 minutes I was satisfied with my job. I have got RM 8 my first salary. heheheehe....Thanks God. I am really feel so grateful. This is my salary. 

alhamdulillah, for greeting my self for my hardworking, i think is should do something or giving some present for me. i have decide to buy a shawl. very nice shawl i think. :)

it is more to get satisfaction and my self confident.

my first partime

23 november 2014 

This is my first part time that i have do. Yes, im children lover.I have do my part time at one of taska in nilai.  And I enjoy my job actually. However, I have do my job because of I need some money to buy some present.=) 

At the first day,In my working moment that I have do some of work, which is mopping the floor, swap the floor, wash a dish, give the children a food, i am really enjoy with that work....And i am really tired. at that day, I was sleep early...on the other hand we as a worker have been given for lunch and also a breakfast.see, I can save my money right now...hehehehehe. Below is the environment when they are sleep after a luch.so quit and so peaceful.

Before this I have only one of my work experience.Which is I work as a cashier at the canteen Sekolah Kebangsaan Merapoh.i just work for three month. And six hour per day. It is not really as working at taska.

One of the girl is really nice. She about 2 to 3 year old. She also very clever, she like to learn. if we ask her about the book she really excited. and follow us. Because she want to learn, her name is Zara. i miss her.

my fisrt interview in my life

Today I have to attend just one class today.... Alhamdullah, I have got some desire about my future life...So, what ever happen I will attend an interview today,even none of my friend don't want to attend the interview...At least as my experience to face the future true life.. At the first moment I can feel that my heart is moving faster and hard. dup dap dup dap.Just like that the sound of my heart I guess.hehehehehe.


Sharp 2.00pm a have ready to attend the interview. With my resume and my certificate I went to the faculty of economics and muamalat  at level 4. I do have ready with my resume from the last night actually. However I still can fell that i am so nervous. Outside the an interview room i fell stomachache, and I have go to toilet for a 3 time ok.....hahahahaha.... How come right.....I think at 3.00pm I have called by the interviewer. my nervous go away step by step when i coming into the room. i have interviewed by indian woman. from my first sight i thought she is so fierce. However, remember dont judge a book by its cover. She definitely very humble and she make me as a friend. and we have talk for 30minutes. She make me feel comfortable. I dont feel nervous or scared anymore....Alhamdulillah i have face my first interview with a sweet time ever.

Firsly,for a first week that i have done this semesters. i would like to share that i have do a very fantastic week. which is, i can see that every lecturer and student  have enter the hall with a passion and eagerly want to learn and after all finish their second last semester. and next semester all of us insyaallah will attend the internship.To be fully frank, i really enjoy and get many benefit from this first week. Such as in the Saturday and Sunday we have do attend career and internship workshop. There are many things that we can learn simultaneously apply in our future life. Alhamdulillah, thanks god that give us an easy and smooth way for us.

Focusly, I would like to mension here my pupose to write this entry is about our needed related to our courses, MGB 4033 ( strategic management and operation). Yes I have do learn many thing and go trough this week.Especially, for this subject. This week Miss Ummi have ask us to make the tallest and strongest tower with a news paper. I tought that i will not do this kind of activity in university,but this is realy enjoy. and we made it.At the first moment i and my group have been blank and connot think what should we do with the paper. Before that let me introduce my group member; Husna, Nadia, Fayadh ,Syafiq and ofcourse my self, Adawiyah. For a few minutes we think and try to make a tower. Than we start make the tower and we can done in 15minutes as Miss Ummi ask us. and guess what, our group win the contest.Alhamdulliah.heheheheeh

Alhamdulillah, the most grateful ya Allah

14th September 2014. i am try my best to create this blog.I am technology blinded.however, with my housemate help, zahirah, I am finally done creating this blog. This blog is actually for my course project. which is subject the strategic management and operation ( MGB4033 ).

First of all, let me introduce my self, I am girl. I come from Kelantan.and now I am studying at USIM, Nilai.

This in my 7 semester and fourth year. hopefully i will graduate next year with safely. Insyaallah.
